Thank you to all Wyoming families who bought books at the book fair held during conferences. Our fair sold over $7,000 worth of books!! That means Scholastic gave us $3,900 for NEW BOOKS for the Wyoming school library!! Look for the BOGO book fair at the end of the school year when kids can stock up on summer reading.

Each month 3 students from every grade have been recognized for excellent behavior in the lunchroom. We would like to thank the parents who have volunteered to host the Fine Dining Table and make this possible:

Angie Nickles          Pamela Johnson

Stacy Jones             Christina Richert

Cori Olson               Amber Setter

Wyoming Elementary has a tradition of celebrating the end of the school year with a fantastic party in the afternoon. The PTA provides a DJ, bouncy house, face painting, games, popcorn, snow cones—it’s a great way to wrap up the year.

The event needs a chairperson to organize the volunteers and oversee the afternoon. We have reserved the DJ and have materials and advice to help you organize the afternoon, but we need someone or a team of two to chair the event.

Can you organize a party? Do you want to keep the tradition going? Volunteer!

Email Tina at [email protected]

If we do not have a volunteer to chair this event by May 1st it will be cancelled.

* Carnival Wrap-Up Coming  Soon!   We are putting together the final details from the Carnival and we will provide a report on its success soon.
